Looking for a place with a strong spirit? You’ve just found it. The Memorial on the site of the former church in Jelení has an unforgettable atmosphere. The church stood here since the late 18th century, but after the expulsion of the German inhabitants it fell into disrepair. For a while, the ruins even served as a shelter for cows from nearby pastures. Today, a memorial stands where the church once was — definitely worth a visit, not least for the beautiful view of the surrounding area.
