These mountain apartments, designed in a modern Nordic style, sit directly below the slopes of Klínovec and Germany’s Fichtelberg. They offer a private base within walking distance of the Klínovec Ski Resort and the Krušnohorská cross-country trail in winter, plus cycle routes, hiking trails and attractions in summer.

The apartments are surrounded by greenery and a well-kept garden, with a playground nearby. Couples, families and groups can choose from cosy studios to two-storey terraced houses. Each apartment has its own parking space.

We offer studio apartments, studios with a mezzanine, two-storey apartments, and terraced houses. The apartments are located within a maintained complex, and many offer a terrace or balcony. All include a modern kitchenette with full equipment, TV, and Wi-Fi. Kids will love the nearby playground, while your car stays safely parked on a designated spot inside the complex.

Things to Do Nearby

Meadows Klínovec is located in the pristine Ore Mountains and is an ideal base for year-round activities. The Klínovec Ski Resort is within walking distance, as are hiking, cycling and cross-country skiing trails. Enjoy your perfect day in the mountains, and use our Berg Portál online guide to help plan your stay.

Downhill skiing

The nearest Klínovec slopes are only minutes away. The resort offers 19 blue, 9 red and 4 black runs. For even more choice, buy an Interskiregion ski pass, also valid on neighbouring Fichtelberg.

Cross-country skiing

Klínovec is perfect for cross-country skiing. Follow the Ore Mountains Ski Trail, explore Boží Dar and Jahodovka, or visit the nearby Sparkasse Skiarena beneath Fichtelberg. Its high-altitude trails usually offer reliable snow throughout the season.

Hiking

Explore the mountains on foot. Visit the Boží Dar Peat Bog, stop at Ryžovna for local beer, or watch the sunset from Velký Špičák, with superb Ore Mountains views.

Cycling

Marked routes offer family rides and demanding tours. Cycle beneath Meluzína, tackle the Loučná circuit, or take on Stoneman Miriquidi.

Trail park

Add some adrenaline at the Klínovec Trail Park. Four difficulty levels suit beginners and experienced riders alike. Every trail ends at the cable car, so there is no need to pedal uphill. Bike hire is also available.

Wellness

Relax with water, bubbles, sauna and steam at Aquacentrum Agricola in Jáchymov, including its new sauna mine. More relaxation awaits across the German border at Aqua Marien.
